Dr Pham and his team have done well helping me take care of my teeth. Everyone is knowledgeable and care about the patients. I've only had general dentistry here but they don't recommend expensive and unnecessary procedures like my previous dentist. They believe in working with the patient to resolve issues.
The doctor is nice, and the staff is well trained. Good for regular work. But, if you want cosmetic work done...run. I got my front tooth replaced as a cap...it looks worse than before. I cried for two weeks after they did the work and told me there was nothing else they could do. It honestly affected my smile maybe for the rest of my life. Beware, they also bully you into signing a paper saying you will accept the work and pay full price.....no time to even think it over. SUCKS. Shop around, and avoid this place.
Very disappointed! You would feel that they are more interested with what they can get from you (money) rather than serving at their best. Everytime you visit you pay then after one month you'll receive another bill again. ���� And their secretary whom was trained and is used to communicate like a pro collector will call you and threat you that if you will not pay within the day they will elevate it to collection department.
