PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I beg you: DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE AND MOVE HERE! The complex is very bad with maintenance issues and the staff is not capable of fixing the problems in your apartment. All the other reviews are true and there are hidden fees almost adding $200/month added to your rent. They lump sum the entire water and sewer charges for the complex and divide in order to give you your bill.
