Ac unit on 2 story townhouse is sized for an 800 square ft unit. Upstairs regularly gets to 85 in the summer. The hallway in the office by the gym smells like feces, and the gym equipment is not maintained.
We I look at that tree for nine years. We are very happy here we feel that it is a safe neighborhood and truly enjoy living here. I have nothing but positive things to say about our office management and our maintenance crew. They are caring and do their very best to meet our needs in a timely manner. I would not want to live anywhere else in Roanoke.
The pool looks amazing this year and we had the very best time today for opening day 🤩 Thank you All

Very nice peaceful community. Right next to school so usable track. This place has it's own small nature trail. When you report stuff to the office maintenance issues always get fixed. Would recommend.
