DO NOT GO HERE .Worst wheeel finish on wheels ever.paint lasted 3 months let me not get started on all the machined lines on the lips.not to mention it took a week and a half from 2 days projected.there cutomer service sucks beyond belief.they even gave my cousin a ride home with there employee who had to stop and buy some weed.and smoke in the car. DR.RIM has all the answers that BRR couldnt provide
My company had a BRAND NEW set of ESR SR04 18x10.5 +22 black chrome sent to Bent Rim Repair to get the wheels drilled to another bolt pattern, and what we got returned to us 1. Dangerous to ride on, 2. Wheels were filthy with metal shavings all over rims, 3. The bore is sloppy!!!! Called to speak with owner and his words were " I have work to do" and hung up on us not once however twice! Don't believe the hype. I brought four tires and attempted to fix my bent rim 6 months ago. One tire split. They refused to pro rate the tire. Said there is no warranty on low profile tires. BULLSHIT! Other companies have warranty. Bent Rims attempted to straighten and paint my rim. My paint never stuck. Returned the rim 3x. They took the rim to the back and spray painted it. This place preys on hood dreams. Go to a nation wide company with better customer service. ONE!
