I requested William and Bill arrived for my inspection. At no point did Bill inform me that he came instead of William. I understand businesses can't guarantee a specific employee, but it would be nice to be told it is a different employee than requested. I really liked Bill and he appeared to be very thorough. I was ready to recommend this company with a 5-star review, but then I received the inspection report.
