Bent Creek is a good place to live. The upkeep of the property is very good. Maintenance always repair in a timely manner. The leasing Agent and property management are always approachable and helpful. I always felt safe here.
Not satisfied at all. Spend your money elsewhere ! First of all , maintainer does patch work instead of actually fixing problems. I’ve been without AC this entire summer so far because maintenance refused to admit my AC was broken until I kept calling. Since June 10th I’ve been told they are waiting on new parts to replace it and have some one come fix it. I asked for an expected delivery date and no one can answer that. Rent was way too high for the amount of issues I had with this place. We were a young couple and rent went from $1,200/month, to $1,300 in the 7 months we were there. (No I didn’t complete my lease) Some of the staff were extremely rude. Only a few were very kind. Our maintenance man was yelling at us in our apartment because we had a CO2 leak where the HVAC was, and he wanted to just put a piece of tape on it…literally. The HVAC system was from the 60s-70s. AC went out in this crazy heat wave. Called and the leasing office quickly sent Dwayne and Glen over to help out. They were extremely professional and also personable. The issue was diagnosed and resolved very quickly and we are extremely thankful for the help. We also just enjoyed chatting with them while they worked to resolve the issue. They even took the time to answer our questions and teach us about the HVAC!
