I lived at Bent Creek for two years and truly had very minimal concerns! TL;DR- Pros- spacious, natural light, well insulated from noise, generally well maintained property, good maintenance crew, and communicative office staff Cons- Older building with some to be expected not great thing like thin windows and squeaky floors/ceilings, lots of apartment checks for pest cont/ general maintenance and other random stuff which is inconvenient with pets.
