Since the new manager, Andrea, took over, things at Bent Creek Apartments have really improved. She’s done an amazing job getting everything running smoothly. The leasing process was a breeze, and my apartment is beautiful. I had a few minor things that needed attention, and maintenance was quick to address them. I’m really happy with my decision to live here and appreciate how well the property is managed now!
La administración es muy mala,te hacen cargos por cualquier cosa y te dicen que los van a reembolsar y nunca lo hacen,el mantenimiento tarda mucho en ir y con quienes deben aplicar las reglas no lo hacen,además la señora de la administración es súper difícil de encontrar o de comunicarse con ella,la lavandería nunca funciona como debería y en la oficina nunca resuelven nada
