Won’t recommend to anyone to lived here they charged for maintenance fee rent is already expensive not happy with the maintenance fee it should be free
The houses are built cheap but they will keep raising rent on you and finding ways to charge you money. It is a poorly run property and has been becoming worse in the more recent years.
