Stopped in there by accident actually, was going to go to another shop to get slow leak in tire repaired. Had been dealing with it for some time, purchased one of those portable compressors and was dutifully filling the tire up every morning before i drove to work. I wish I could have given more Stars to this Shop. Customer service is beyond Amazing. Whitney and Wayne along with the other staff are doing a great job to ensure, not only that they fixed my Cars issue but also that I leave satisfied. Prices are great. Atmosphere is welcoming. Great Great Great Customer Service.

I was looking for a new place for an oil change in my Audi SQ5 after moving to Norwak. All the other shops in town had a 2 week wait and luckily one of the shops recommended Bent. I called and Wayne was able to get me in the same day. It was a bonus that Wayne specializes in Audi’s. The service was outstanding and I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced he was compared to my old shop in Stamford. This place is a hidden gem for foreign car owners.

My family and I broke down on our travels back to NH on a Saturday afternoon. When all other shops were closed or closing soon, no one was able to fix my alternator until Monday. Meaning I would have had to spend more money for hotels as we are not from the area. However, Wayne and his co-workers at Bent Autobahn took my car in to be fixed that day (even though they were supposed to be closing). They were excellent and fixed my alternator with no issues. We recently moved to Norwalk from Stamford and was looking for a competent, reliable and most importantly, honest mechanic to service our three cars, which range in age from 54 to 1 year old. Our Stamford mechanics were with us for 30 and 5 years respectively. We were at first put off by one review for Wayne.
