We had been with Affordable Weed and Pest Control for 5 years. Once they were bought by Bensway, EVERTHING changed. The customer service level at the office is sub par with hostility and anger as their go-to form of communication, the techs are at our house for 5 minutes (thanks to the camera footage of our security system), and we have literally had more spiders in the last year than in the last 5 years when with Affordable. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. Horrible Customer service. We called for service in January we didn't get them out to our house until late march. Meanwhile they hounded me for payment of a package they sold me that promised 7 visits the entire time without having the ability of scheduling our service call. I finally paid them the package fee when they set a date to come to the house. During the visit the Tech they sent us couldn't answer any of our questions or concerns.
