Had a Bad experience upon picking up my atv. I arrive to the shop to pick up my bike, good service at the front counter. The owner asks how he can help us and i tell him i’m just here to pick up my atv. The owner tells us what he had to do to fix it so obviously i ask to test drive it. He tells me i have to pay first before i can test drive it. I've been doing business with them since 2006 and have had no issues, ever. Their prices are fair, and they charged less than any dealer when I had my stator replaced on my bike. Thus far we've been totally satisfied with their services, tire changes, etc. I would recommend them to any of my friends.
Great friendly service they always make the kids feel welcome when we go.
Do not even let these people work on your bicycle!!! The mechanic is very dishonest about labor hours. I took my forks up their to have them replaced after them giving me a price over the phone. ($55 for both). They charged me $65 to take one apart and tell me I needed new forks. After I bought forks online for them to replace the seals in, it was over $80 (not counting the $55). After parts, labor and a cheap front tire...they was wanting nearly $400. I didn't bring the bike, just the forks. I went online and got everything... read more
If you're looking for a place that you can trust to do Scooter/Moped work there is no better place than Benson's Cycle. Benson's features excellent service, fair pricing and outstanding customer support. Absolutely the best at what they do in the greater Hickory/Newton-Conover region and this is coming from somebody who has looked around extensively. I personally will never take my Scooter anywhere else, ever again.
BEWARE, i bought a bike for $1595.00 he said it was a good bike i rode it for three miles and it quit, my wife called and told Benson he started ranting that we over filled the bike which it wasnt, the bike also used 1 quart a of oil in the 3 miles. I do not recommend anyone shop their.
