rip off paid bruce at benson $2000.00 to fix car.. car broke down 200 miles away from home.. bruce / bensons didn't even care! RIPPPPPP OFFFFF

Old 2001 Kia you fixed 20 times Benson's has been my spot for 10 years. whenever I have a problem with my car, Bruce and his mechanics are fantastic. Thanks for all you have done Bruce, I absolutely appreciate you.

Saved 4375.00 by Using Benson's CR-V was running rough, stalling at LightsWent to a CR-V Dealer, Their "Tech" ran a compression testCame up with 1 slightly weak cylinder & 1 bad cylinder. He recommended a Motor replacement 4600.00. Found Benson's on line, read the review by the guy with the Truck.Went to Benson's. Bruce ran the Compression test twice, no problem. Problem was, needed a valve adjustmentand the plugs were cheapo Autolites wlth bad gap. 225.00later, CR-V runs great. Thanks Bruce!

Good Timing I had a car that needed a battery. I called Bensons and they told me bring it in any time after 10:00am. so I took my car it at 11. They took my car right in and said it will take abnout 20 min. Of course in the past when a car company said that to me I was not a belever as they where never done on time. So anyway I went home for lunch and after I was ready to go back to work the phone rang and Bensons said your car is ready ,I was floored. Fast Service.. I alway drove by Benson's and always thought of Benson's Maytag not a auto service.I was checking on line for someone to fix my truck after I tryed a get it fixed with a big nameauto shop with no luck and after 500.00 hundred spent on a part my truck didn't need. I called 5 auto service's and all was going to give me a good price on the job I needed for my truck , Benson's gave me more of a personal touch on what I needed. So I chose them . Very, very good service Owner Bruce Kent at Benson's is one of the most patient, attentive people you can possibly hope to deal with.
