They always seem to know what the problem is and fix it right away, very reasonable, nice guys to do business with.
My parent's have been going to Benson and Wood for, geez, over 16 years at least. When I started needing car repairs while in college around 2002ish, I did my due diligence and researched all repair shops in the Worcester area. After calling over FIFTY places, I found they were actually the lowest per hour labor cost. Still, I was not convinced my parents were right (because let's face it...
