Great People and Caring Service Dr. Mitchell asked the questions to find out about my specific vision issues. I wasn't just a number. He listened and met my needs. His staff was friendly and treated me like a member of the family. I'd recommend him gladly to anyone. You won't be disappointed!
Excellent eye exam Excellent eye exam Dr. Mitchell and his staff are warm and friendly. My expectations were definetly exceeded during my visit.
Bad Service and overcharging I came to this place as a new customer and while the Dr was nice {the only thing saving them from a one star review}they really failed on the back end. First it took over a month to get my contacts. Why did it take a month? I don't know, they never gave me a reason. When the contacts finally came in there was no fitting or anything, they just handed them to me in a bag and sent me on my way. Then I got the bill from my insurance, apparently they billed my insurance over $600.00 dollars for a rout... read more
