Maintenance is great. Office... well, varies (they support people racing cars and gunning engines over those that complain because their children sleep and play in area). Other than that, which maybe has to do with part two..., if "white" will be watching your back. Maybe not always warranted, but feels so as is predominantly not. I lived in this community for seven years. I recommend Benson Village because of the outstanding quality of their employees. They are pleasant to deal with. They are kind and compassionate. Furthermore, they considered me like family while going through difficult times. They assisted me when I was immobile. The maintenance crew provided reasonable accommodation needs within minutes of receiving my request. They went far and beyond of what I expected or required by the ADA.
