Alright I did not get serious repairs here so I cannot speak to that but I can say that Gary is the nicest guy ever. The day before a road trip my tire pressure light came on and I have no idea how to put air in my tires. Rolled up to this place and Gary fixed my tire pressure and refilled my windshield wiper fluid FOR FREE. Gary is the best.

Those guys are fast and reliable . I call them for alignment, in 10 minutes they sign me in and start working on it. The price was reasonable and they were nice and honest . Recommended !

Mr. Benson and his staff are the best! I as well as my family only buy our tires here and have for the past 7 years. They rotate tires for free and will repair a flat for free (if you purchased the tires from them). They also will give you a ride nearby and pick you up while the work is being performed. Cant go wrong with their tire services.

Stephen was great. Changed all four tires quickly on a busy Saturday. One tire wore out early and he replaced it for free even though the alignment was fine. Appreciate the good, local service

Just had a great experience getting a flat tire repaired. I brought the tire in and dropped it off. They were super friendly and called me when it was ready. I didn't expect or even ask them to put it back on, but they offered and that was awesome. Definitely appreciated how friendly they all were. Will definitely be back. Thanks!

I took my husband's car to get the AC re-charged. They called me after a few hours and said the AC Compressor and drier needed to be replaced for $1207. I told them I didn't want them to do the work. I had to pay them $88 for the diagnosis. My dad took the car to his mechanic the next day. The mechanic said the AC Compressor was working fine.

These are the most honest auto repair people. – I had a problem other dealers had problems with. Benson tried and failed as the other shop had, but they kept at it with the owner referring to his wife's car and they fixed my car completely and then did not charge any extra. Repeat they did not charge extra. It was as a strater electrontic part that they got right. I highly recommend this store for quality and honesty.

Unquestionably, I was scammed... – On 6/27/2010, my truck was parked in a parking lot near Oakland when suddenly it would no longer start. I had the vehicle towed to Benson Tire & Automotive in order to have it fixed. I was suspicious that the starter itself would not be a problem, because I have had starter problems in the past and this seemed electrical. Don't trust these guys! – I went in to have 2 tires put on the front of my suv. The tires they mounted on my car said 'Ameri star' on the sidewalls. The tires I PURCHASED were supposed to be a current model Goodyear Grabber tires. They charged me full price and let me off on my merry way, of course after trying to get another $700 worth of work out of me...
