No one should ever use Benson Street Storage in Fitchburg. I had someone empty my unit prior to my due date on my contract. The company told me the unit wasn't empty so I was trying to make arrangements to finish the job while I was still paying on the unit. I get a call from a David J .Arsenault demanding I empty the unit right away. He was very rude and told me I signed off on the unit being empty and it wasn't.
