If it were possible to leave a review without checking any number of stars, I would. When I first met the manager (if you’d call her that) to sign the contracts for my units, although nice, she was unprofessional. She quickly raced through the “important” information I’d need to know regarding my rentals so that we could discuss her impending divorce, her “sorry” husband, and how quickly she would be out of her current managerial position as soon as the job she was waiting on opened up. Do not rent from here if you want a drama free life !!!! Manager is awful ! Rent due on the 1st , I fractured my back but still managed to personally drop off payment on the 3rd but red lock had been placed on the unit on the 2nd ! I was only late 1 day and lock was placed on unit on the first day late ! I paid on the second day late yet lock still remains on the 6th . Again I repeat , find somewhere else to store your stuff !!!!

Horriblre the managers were told I was coming with back rent on a Friday. Get there at 245 after texting the lady who lives on site and she won't answer the door . Went back home 1hr away oh and she wouldn't answer us until the next day by phone . Says on Friday they close at 2 pm horrible customer service do not use . Will be going today to get my stuff and will do a follow up.
