Had entire roof replaced after a storm. Roof didn't have much of a problem prior other than a few shingles blown off from a windstorm. Was told roof should be good for 50 years after they are done. Have had several issues with leakage into the house. First clue was water dripping down from a smoke detector. Someone from the company did come out at first but stated nothing they could do. Phil from Benson Property went above and beyond to help us when we contacted them for a roof inspection. We thought we had wind damage resulting in water leaking through our roof. Phil came out right away and quickly determined that we didn't have storm damage; instead we had a vent that was installed incorrectly. My PM, Jeff, was great but had left the company when our job started. Overall, I think your job depends on the crew that shows up at your door. We didn't get the varsity team, I don't even think we got JV. We got the practice team--so you take your chances.
