To make a long story short, my car took a nosedive mid-move while I had my newborn child and life packed in a trailer. While under no circumstances would I want to repeat the situation I went through, I would not have been able to safely travel to our new home. Torrey was incredibly kind, patient and professional. He ensured our transportation was adequate and safe. If the review were about him, it would be 5 stars. The reason for the deduction is because quite a few of the other workers were unpleasant
Excellent service and communication.
I called to cancel my extended warranty and it took 3 days for me to get anywhere with the policy people. Today I called them again to cancel it and the lady proceeded to argue with me for 15 minutes. Asking me why I was not being smart with my own money. Telling me I did not know her after she told me I was dumb for wanting to cancel. Finally after I asked her if I needed to come up there in person to talk to her she told me she canceled it.
