It has been nearly 15 years since I rented from Benson Management. As a productive member of society I still can't get over how truly horrible I was treated by these people. I was treated as if I was unintelligent scum because I was in college and wanted a place within walking distance of campus. They prey on college students with addendums to their contracts that are unrealistic to "protect" their properties. They take security deposits for claims that are false. I would suggest looking for another company. Who increases rent for tenants who resign their lease? And HORRIBLE on site laundry service. Refrigerator could be updated seeing it is very noisy.

Awesome customer service !!!! Great personal attention and maintenance staff!
Staff is tenant oriented. Willing to help as long as tenants notify staff of their concerns or needs.
