Had to take my vehicle to an outside mechanic to fix what they couldn’t& it took that mechanic less than a day to fix it. The first time I took my car I knew it was not in warranty because it was well over 250,000 miles. However, John (my service advisor) had some things fixed that I didn’t ask for but he said he got it done either way because it was covered by warranty. Brought my car for a headlight service issue. They said they fixed it, but one of the headlights was out. This was done on September 3rd. They told me they would order the headlight and replace it... Bro, it's almost the new year. I believe they just lie. I'll guess I'll just fix their mistake myself and never come back to the dealership in the future. Highly do not recommend. Very nice employees all of them did my recall and I was out within the hour.
Wish I could give zero stars. I took my car here on 1/13 for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me I needed tires and gave me a quote. I declined. Fast forward to today, I’m getting ready for a long trip so I’ve decided to get new tires. Walk out to my garage to see which Kumho tire I have to find my Kumho tires are now Geo Tour???? This dealership switched my tires to whatever brand Geo Tour is and they are worn down past the ware bar. I am furious. I will never go to this dealership again.
