Took my daughter's 2024 Venue in on 10/3/25 for first complimentary maintenance visit. Chelsea was very pleasant and professional to deal with. In and out very efficiently.
Had to take my vehicle to an outside mechanic to fix what they couldn’t& it took that mechanic less than a day to fix it. The first time I took my car I knew it was not in warranty because it was well over 250,000 miles. However, John (my service advisor) had some things fixed that I didn’t ask for but he said he got it done either way because it was covered by warranty. Brought my car for a headlight service issue. They said they fixed it, but one of the headlights was out. This was done on September 3rd. They told me they would order the headlight and replace it... Bro, it's almost the new year. I believe they just lie. I'll guess I'll just fix their mistake myself and never come back to the dealership in the future. Highly do not recommend. Edit- i didn't mention it, but I've called at least 4 times to see if they "have the part in" and the same bs response is, let me ask my parts manager... read more
