I called Kevin on a Friday afternoon about our air conditioning not working. He was able to come to our house later that afternoon to have a look. Kevin was incredibly friendly, kind and thorough. I just want to let you know how happy I was with Blair this morning. He was early for my appointment, extremely personable, polite and efficient. He made improvements to the furnace system with improved drainage, all while repairing the original issue, offering professional opinions and advice and giving me a heads up about the next likely issue with my furnace. You and your crew are always such a pleasure to deal with and I am always thankful for your work!
Kevin was brought in by my restoration company during an insurance claim. He provided expert knowledge, clearly explained the process, and then returned with his team and changed the furnace out once approved. Friendly, pride in workmanship, and cleaned my utility room up when job was complete. Would highly recommend, and will be using for all my needs moving forward.
