I just want to let you know how happy I was with Blair this morning. He was early for my appointment, extremely personable, polite and efficient. He made improvements to the furnace system with improved drainage, all while repairing the original issue, offering professional opinions and advice and giving me a heads up about the next likely issue with my furnace. You and your crew are always such a pleasure to deal with and I am always thankful for your work!
Kevin was brought in by my restoration company during an insurance claim. He provided expert knowledge, clearly explained the process, and then returned with his team and changed the furnace out once approved. Friendly, pride in workmanship, and cleaned my utility room up when job was complete. Would highly recommend, and will be using for all my needs moving forward.
Very knowledgeable. He listened to us and understood the issues that we were having (after 2 separate companies came and dismissed us). He took the time and consideration to do the work that was necessary to get it back up and running. Would recommend Kevin 11/10 to anybody that needs HVAC services.
