Went in to have a simple recall performed. Service advisor came out and said I needed new tires- unrelated to my recall. I said I was aware, and he said in order to do the recall my Lugnuts needed to be replaced. That all 20 were bad but 10 needed to be done to access the recall. All 20 lug nuts bad?!
