Benson Downs has some good qualities, but there are also several things I wish I had known before moving here. The apartments themselves are nice and generally well maintained. We haven’t experienced any problems with mold or unpleasant smells, and the location is definitely convenient. Bellevue and Seattle are both relatively easy to get to, which is one of the biggest advantages of living here. The worst place I have ever lived! If your day off happens to fall on a weekday, there is a very good chance it will be ruined by lawn mowers or leaf blowers waking you up, because they start doing landscaping work very early in the morning. The maintenance staff is friendly, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the office staff. They often seem irritated, unfriendly, and as if something about you is constantly bothering them. Parking is another issue, especially if you come home after 9:00 PM. They ... read more
They will loot you out when you are moving out. They charged us a total of $3000 for silliest things Window blinds, kitchen cupboards, washing machines, ceilings everything are of cheapest quality. They are made to break and you will eventually pay for it.
