Couldn't fix my problem! No help
Great service on computer repair. Will recommend to others.
Very poor customer service and they don't stand behind their work or the parts the use. I had the power supply replaced on my desk top and the part failed after one use. The guy in the office wanted to charge 125.00 to diagnose the problem and said they only STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND SUBPARE WORK FOR 48 HIOURS. What a joke. Will never recommend them to any friend or business advocates in the Syracuse area.
