Derek was excellent at communicating updates and getting my car through the process painlessly. He advocated for all the necessary fixes with the insurance agent. My car is all-wheel-drive and he took the time to check the car manual about how many tires required replacement when one tire was harmed in the accident. Turns out, if all 4 aren't replaced together it can damage the drive train. So very grateful to know this! The ladies I met in the office were very nice and helpful. When I picked up my car in mid-August, the bumper and grille didn’t fit properly, my light-colored seats were dirty from the mechanics’ work, and the windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty. A worker apologized and added a gallon, but it was still nearly empty when returned.
