My husband purchased a Ram 1500 from Benson last month, Dell Burns, the saleman was GREAT!!!!!!! We liked him so much and the purchasing experience was so pleasant that I purchased a Chyrsler 200 from him. Don, the sales manager, and Dell worked very hard with us to find exactley what I wanted and they came through for us, within 24 hours I had the car I wanted, at the price and monthly payment I needed to be at. I would highly recommend Bensons of Greer, SC

This dealership is terrible!!! Nothing but problems during the purchasing process with the salesman Cameron. Everytime I would ask a question, before I could finish he would interupt me. Made the mistake of giving him my cell phone number. He called me or texted me 5-6 times a day until I purchased my vehicle. Then 3 months later while having my car serviced I thought I would say hi to Cameron and he completely blew me off. I literally wouldnt buy a Little Tikes Jeep from Bensen. The so called "Sales Manager" at this place is such a jerk! I called looking for a specific Jeep and when I showed up to look at it he didnt even introduce his self to me, say hello or anything. He sent me with one of his Sales guys who was nice. Then I ended up wanting to purchase the Jeep and I got told two stories when I called, one that another dealer was transferring it and then someone else had bought it. I had Benson fix my car after a wreck. I was very unhappy with their work. I have brought my car back numerous times, and I am still finding more problems that were not fixed correctly.
