My experience with benson has always been great. My husband and I have purchased our last few vehicles from them…typically always leasing. We chose to purchase a vehicle this time. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT! SHOULD BE NO STARS! Took Ram in for new brakes. Received it back with problems. Brakes burning, smoking and hot. Took back, they said needs calipers now. Received it back, still smoking, burning and hot. Had independent mechanic take a look and they said brakes are locking up and this needs to be fixed by the dealership service dept. Took back for the 3RD TIME, they say they can’t replicate the problem. Picked it up again. This time have a large dent in the tailgate which was NEVER there before... read more

I tool my vehicle to get a noise checked out appointment time 9 am Wednesday. Friday after I called and told the service representative that I need and answer or a loner vehicle by 5 pm because my vehicle is under warranty. I get a call at 12 saying we think it is the lower control arm that is not covered under warranty so your vehicle is ready for pick up. 2 and a half days being looked at for a basic suspension noise and the answer is I think that is what it is.
