So had to take my 2015 Jeep renegade into Benson Jeep, Chrysler dodge..First they left water all in the floor board.. Vehicle was turned in with over 3/4 of a tank of gas and 18672 miles.. Picked up $$451.66 and a half tank of Gas.. I have mechanics that have worked on my vehicles previously and never have they had to test drive it for 42 miles and over a quarter tank of gas!! This service department is a rip off.. They replaced a battery and did system updates.. So where does the gas and mileage play into a battery??

I recommend going in and talking with Eric Campbell. He was very kind and helpful with me during the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful but if you have somebody who cares about you and your needs like Eric did. It can make for a smooth transaction. Wish there was an Eric Campbell at every car dealership.
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with these guys. Very helpful and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. We drove 4 hours one way to buy a Ford Raptor, the sales guy told me over the phone "no surprises, no rust." I found rust in the first 30 seconds and I was livid. The sales manager said okay, run it over to the body shop for an estimate and we'll work something out. Thank God for an honest body shop manager, because the rust damage was structural and he stopped adding it up at $4900+!
