Friendly staff and always have the parts I need for my older cars
No help from the front desk. Gave a quick glance at the part and said they do not carry any. The part in question is a shock absorber.
I went to Benson auto in Winchester this morning to get trans hydraulic oil for my backhoe because I had to replace 2 hydraulic lines. When I walked in nobody was there, they were in the back. When they came upfront I asked the lady there if they had 20 litres of trans hydraulic oil. She told me they do not sell that there. That is odd considering my son in law had checked before going and they had 4 20 littes pails in stock. So I left there and went and buy it at their competition. I do like this store, I find the prices are better than Napa. BUT the doors are closed way too often, they weren't open to the public for like a month from lack of staff and the other day i drove there on my lunch and they were randomly closed. so highly recommend calling before making the drive.
