This company appraised my house for a whole 100k more than it was actually worth! I even tried to tell them there was no way it was worth that much. This was for a divorce case so I really got screwed over by this inaccurate appraisal. They told me the home was worth 230k, but I can only get 130k out of it. They also neglected to uncover the fact half the home was not even built properly or with permits so no one can finance it!
