If their work is anything like their response time; you should avoid. I have tried to get a quote from them, but they took two years before calling back (tried each spring/summer), finally a callback and visit... but no quote followed. So maybe they are not really looking for business anymore?
Benson & Sons Roofing came very highly recommended and exceeded our expectations in all aspects - price, process and experience. The company is a licensed and certified Malarkey Roofing Products installer which was valuable to us and tailored our new roof materials and installation to our extremely high wind location. The crew were courteous, informative, experienced and extremely professional throughout the entire reroof process. Five stars - highly recommended.
I cannot praise Benson Roofing enough for the excellent service we received last week when they installed our new roof. Benson's contractors were efficient, professional, and hardworking. John and his crew, were kind and got the job done hassle-free. We are extremely pleased with the outcome - the roof is now not only beautiful but of high quality. Jon and his crew replaced my 50-year old aluminum roof with a brand new steel one. Looks absolutely great. We scheduled the date of installation about 4 month prior, and just as scheduled, they started exactly on that date. They started on a Monday and had the old roof removed (3 layers thick - metal, composite, and wood shingle).
