Very poor service. I don't know what has happened. I've used them for about 20 years. All good service until this week. My shower was dripping. I only asked for that to be fixed and the knob that adjusts the hot and cold to be replaced. In the process of trying to figure out the knob Brad damaged something in there. Needless to say 5 days now of ice cold showers. I get no hot water. Was told he would be out first thing today. Between 8 and 10. I paid Bensinger $10,000 to install a heating system in a rental property I own. They installed half a heating system. They left rooms unheated . My tenants have taken me to court because of this. Very strange indeed.

I wasted my valuable time taking time off from work to be home for a scheduled appointment during the day that didn't happen because the person never showed. Three hours later when I called and I spoke to the original man who scheduled it he said "Oh I got busy but I'm available now." By then it was 6:00 p.m. First impression was unprofessional and insulting therefore I called someone else who was reliable and courteous and it worked out just great. I rate the experience less than one star.

Horrible!!! I contacted Bensinger for an emergency situation (never contacted them before), our furnace will not light, and they offered to send someone to our home. I started explaining the problem a little more in detail and what I have already done to trouble shoot and asked for a ballpark figure of how much it would cost. I understand that it varies, but if you know your job you can give a worse case scenario figure if the issue is described in enough detail. They are by far the best plumbers in area. I have been using Bensinger for years in my home. He is honest, reasonable, and quick to respond in emergency situations. He does require quick payment once services are completed. My guess is that people who have rated Bensinger poorly probably owe money. I would not won't work for free either during regular business day or in emergency situation. AAA score.

Had an emergency on Christmas Day a few years ago. They came out as soon as they could. Most places refused. Very grateful.

I have contact Bensinger twice, both times in emergency situations with no heat during winter and a gas leak during the summer. They were the rudest and most unprofessional to deal with and would NOT come out to help in any way. They basically told me to go to ****. There is no way these guys should be in business.

They are very unprofessional. Will give you a million excuses as to why they don't show. They drink on the job. Basically, only choose this company if you want to wait three months for a stoker to be installed. and pay another plumber to finish the job because they don't show in the middle of winter and let your pipes freeze!
