I was absolutely terrified of getting this done but wanted it for so long. After I met the dream team, Gail & Bev, it was so easy to say Yes! The service was phenomenal, the institution is beautiful and so professional. They treat you so well there. From my consult, to preparing for surgery day and follow up, I felt so comfortable with my decision. Dr. Lakosha was amazing! I have 20/20 vision and I’m now glasses FREE! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at Bense!! The staff were friendly, informative and helpful. The place is immaculate. After my consultation the first day, I felt very confident to get the surgery the next day. Dr. Bense was great to deal with and Dr. Lakosha did an amazing job with my eye surgery. My experience with Bense was amazing. From the wonderful staff to the relaxing atmosphere it was great.The procedure itself was painless with slight pressure only lasting for a few seconds and they talk you through every step and the procedure only took 10 minutes. My vision was 2025 on my 1 day checkup snd Dr.Lakosha said with my very strong prescription along with severe astigmatism in both eyes that was excellent. I had Lasik done here recently. Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and informative. I felt comfortable going into surgery the day of. Definitely would recommend to anyone interested in getting Lasik done.
Everything about Bense is just incredible. Friendly and knowledgeable staff at every level, which made the whole experience a dream come true. Glasses/contacts free for the first time in 30 years! Highly recommended!
