Horrible customer service overnight. I made an appointment and took my elderly Father for a pedicure as I always have for the last year only this time the floor supervisor was very upset calling me back to where he was sitting barking-out orders to me that I must take off his shoes and socks for his pedicure and put them back on when finished. The lady I had was so nice and was so kind about my nails and I asked for something super simple and she made it 10 times better
