Do not go here. They had my mower for over 4 months and never touched it. Repeated calls got me one excuse after another and neverending runaround. Finally went in to get it back and they couldnt tell me if they had the parts they said they ordered or not because they never unpacked the parts shipment they couldnt tell me for sure they had even recieved, then tried to charge me for the parts they couldnt confirm they even had. RecommendedI take my lawn mower here every year for a check-up. Especially handy since I'm not the best at taking care of it. I always get it back ready to tackle another summer. I've never had a negative experience here.
AVOID THIS PLACE. This place is ridiculous, they had my mower for "2 full weeks" yet ALL they did was wipe it off and ignore all the reasons I brought in for. I tried to use to almost as soon as I returned home and it flat out died on me within a half hour. Over priced, bad service and negligent repairs, if I could rate lower I would.
I called for repair to my snowblower. I asked if they pic up bc I had no way of getting it there. They guy sounded like he was still asleep and was very rude. He said No we don't pic up. And said I could rent a haul to get it there. Just very unprofessional and really didn't want to help me. Would not recommend to anyone..

I have been getting my mulch here for 7years. I called today to have mulch delivered this week hopefully. Who ever answered the phone was rude, his response to delivering this week was "possibly" my question was how possible. His response was everyone wants mulch this week. I would have excepted the answer of " we can try if not next week". But no I just received rude answers. I cancelled my order and will never bother Bensalem Lawn again.
