I have done business with Ben's for the past 10 plus years. Always great service. Stopped there late Saturday for an inspection. My battery failed Bike would not start. They took it in replaced the battery got me going in short order. It was close to their closing and about 100 degrees outside. Can't say enough about them. Good team there.

There are no better mechanics in the greater Charlotte than at Ben's. They possess a large array of knowledge, from antique bikes to the newest models. I will always recommend Ben's V-Twins to all my friends and family!
Ben has worked on several bikes for me over the years...does a great job. Always feel like he is doing the "right thing" - when it comes to repairs.... will let you know if you need something or do not. Easy and enjoyable folks to deal with.

Ben's V Twin's is one of the most trust worthy bike shops in the Metrolina area. He has worked on my Harley before and always did a great job. I always recommend him to all Harley riders. Great guy too.
