Cold and small stale pretzels with nacho cheese sauce. Such a disappointment! They have really gone down hill
Pretzels were cold and stale. They are out of their soda cups, so were using red solo cups with lids that didn't stay on. But still charge you full price for a soda that's only half the size!! Worst experience ever at this site.!!!!
My son loves your pretzels and, in general, they taste pretty good. We’ve also had wonderful workers serve us in the past. But today, as I waited in line, an employee (who I assume is new) was chatting happily with a customer and sarcastically stated “yay, capitalism” to her as she left. When it was my turn, his demeanor totally changed and he wouldn’t greet me, certainly didn’t thank me, and coughed into his hands right before getting a pretzel out of the warmer.
