My son loves your pretzels and, in general, they taste pretty good. We’ve also had wonderful workers serve us in the past. But today, as I waited in line, an employee (who I assume is new) was chatting happily with a customer and sarcastically stated “yay, capitalism” to her as she left. When it was my turn, his demeanor totally changed and he wouldn’t greet me, certainly didn’t thank me, and coughed into his hands right before getting a pretzel out of the warmer. SECOND UPDATE: I humbly apologize and retract my statement. Culvers has fake cheese, too. It's on their website. UPDATE: Thank you for the reply. I did ask an employee about the cream cheese. I was told that it is bought from either Wal-Mart or Gordans. Real cheese sauce is at Culvers. But thank you for your professionalism. I'm just really disappointed in the quality of Ben's. They arw out of most drinks, and out of bags. The cashier seemed annoyed when I asked for a straw for my lemonade. Do better.
This location loves to overcook the pretzels. I go often to check for a snack and it's always full case but overdone! Nobody wants that. I have to drive to downtown for better food.
