I was just curious what was good. Was going to get a pretzel pizza. Asked the guy if there was anyway to try a pretzel bite. Have never been here before. The lady then said no thats bullshit buy it like everyone else and continued talking about me when I said no thank you.... like dang I was just asking.... a simple no woukd have sufficed.
The regular large pretzel with cheese in my favorite. I love getting the pretzels when they are fresh out of the oven. Nothing beats a large soft pretzel. This is the best pretzel around!
If I could only give 0 stars I would really do it they are so bad that they are polite
3-25-2026 @ 3:46 pm. Worst pretzel I have ever gotten. It was hard and cold. I took 1 bite and took it home to my dogs. The kids working acted like they wanted to socialize with each other instead of waiting on customers.
Stopped by Ben’s Soft Pretzels inside Markland Mall in Kokomo, and it was a pretty standard experience. I was serviced right away, which was nice, and the setup is simple. Restrooms and parking are shared with the mall, so access is easy. The pretzel itself, though, didn’t meet my expectations. Compared to a typical Auntie Anne’s, the taste and texture just weren’t on the same level. Nothing terrible, just not something I’d come back for.
