The pretzels were so old and hard. Everything we ordered we were told “we would have to make those fresh do you want something else?” Clearly they didn’t want to remake anything. We ended up with old, stale pizza pretzels that stuck to the cardboard. 0/10
I was just curious what was good. Was going to get a pretzel pizza. Asked the guy if there was anyway to try a pretzel bite. Have never been here before. The lady then said no thats bullshit buy it like everyone else and continued talking about me when I said no thank you.... like dang I was just asking.... a simple no woukd have sufficed.
The regular large pretzel with cheese in my favorite. I love getting the pretzels when they are fresh out of the oven. Nothing beats a large soft pretzel. This is the best pretzel around!
If I could only give 0 stars I would really do it they are so bad that they are polite
3-25-2026 @ 3:46 pm. Worst pretzel I have ever gotten. It was hard and cold. I took 1 bite and took it home to my dogs. The kids working acted like they wanted to socialize with each other instead of waiting on customers.
