My mom and I were ready to walk out of meijer when we were stopped by the manager at Ben’s! We ordered one stick (he’ll know the joke) and pretzel bites and they were phenomenal !!! We had a great laugh and enjoyed our food. His friendly, fun customer service made it all worth while.
Today we were served by the owner Loretta. Let me just tell you, her customer service is amazing. She’s super friendly. She’s considerate. We showed up 10 minutes before close without realizing it and we were still greeted with a warm welcome & a smile. She even threw in 2 free pretzels 🥨 with our order. This place is super affordable.
