I usually have great luck with this place Today I ordered a pretzel and cheese when I got home I can barely eat it. The bottom of the pretzel was burnt and so hard. It tasted like it had been under the warmer all day. 😭
I love Ben's pretzels!
Twice in a row now I’ve brought my family in to grab pretzels and nothing was prepared. Last time it was we wait an hour, this time we were told a few hours. Pretzels are great when available though but we’re not going to risk making the trip out again specifically for the pretzels.
Awesome pretzel! 🥨 literally the best one I’ve ever had. No joke. Keep craving more!
