Alex helped us out with roof leak repair and was responsible. He was very friendly, and gave me quick responses, and repaired it promptly. Excellent job at a fair price!
This is fraud business. They work with HOAs and defraud owners. They investigated a skylight for me, found crack and put up a tarp. They charged me $370 for this. The same service when I enquired with another vendor was $75. They rip off the owners in concert with HOA management company. They are fraud. The cost of this inspection was 25% of the cost of the entire installation done by another company and the cost of inspection and fix from them was $75 if I had gone with them.
