Josh was excellent! Called about a mower he had it ready for me next day and did what other dealers couldn’t do for me.
I have bought 2 commercial mowers and 2 utility trailers from Ben’s and Little Tractor, but apparently Dusty ( who is over the maintenance department ) doesn't think that’s enough to give me the time of day when I need help with a different mower that wasn’t purchased from them. I hung up on him when I called Matrix tools in Marion when he told me I should just take that mower to whoever I bought it from in a smart elicit way. Then I called Ben’s in Benton and Josh was really nice and said yes bring it by and we will fix it.... read more
