Chris and all of the staff are extremely helpful. They provide quick and reliable service. I’ve purchased several items from them and plan to continue doing so in the future.
I have bought 2 commercial mowers and 2 utility trailers from Ben’s and Little Tractor, but apparently Wes ( who is over the maintenance department ) doesn't think that’s enough to give me the time of day when I need help with a different mower that wasn’t purchased from them. I hung up on him when I called Matrix tools in Marion when he told me I should just take that mower to whoever I bought it from in a smart elicit way. Chris Jackson is an excellent salesman to work with easy to talk with and has a good attitude. He was able to answer my questions and explain all the options available with the tractors. I highly recommend giving them a chance if you are interested in a tractor. Jamie behind the counter greets you with a smile and has a great attitude. All around good buying experience!
We made a deal at the DQ Fair on a Kioti 2620 & just signed the paperwork today. Chris made the process painless & easy. Hardest part was signing that Check ! LOL
