Overall the work done seems satisfactory. we’ll see once I start using the furnace if everything they did works right. I did need them to go to the rooftop of my commercial business and I stipulated when I made the appointment that I needed someone with a tall ladder to do that they showed up on the initial appointment and said “I saw the notes about a tall ladder, but I don’t have one. Donovan was great! Very quick and thorough in his inspection. Always a pleasure to have Donovan come out and service my heating/AC system.Â
Donovan and Toby were my technicians, and they did an excellent job. I was notified of their ETA and they arrived on time. They were very professional, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I have a detailed receipt for record keeping. I would definitely hire them again!Â
