I won't go into too much detail. But Joe at Bens HVAC saved me thousands of dollars. No exaggeration. I got another company to give me a check up (black friday deals) and they came and red tagged my furnace. Wanting $20 K to replace both Heat and AC. Sent them packing and had Bens come out and inspect it (Ben installed in 2011) There was no reason for the Red Tag and said the furnace was fine but coming to end of life and to start planning in the future for its replacement - If I listened to those yahoos from the other compa... read more

Could not have been more impressed with their technician, Joe. He was patient, kept working until the problem was solved, and never showed signs of frustration. And, he actually fixed the furnace! No need to replace it.
