Ben gave me a bid on a new HVAC system in Seprember. I told him I wanted to move forward. He said he was having supply chain issues. He called early December & said he could have a unit in a week, did I want my name on it. I said yes. The next week he did not answer calls or texts. I checked again in January & February.
