I thought I was getting a custom, one of a kind piece for my new house while on vacation but ended up coming back home to MA and finding it for half the price at christmas tree shops! to say I am disappointed is an understatement.
By far - the finest furniture store I have ever shopped at. The staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, the assortment is endless. One of my favorite places to shop when I am in RI - Go Bens!
Excellent place to go shopping. Many Treasures as previously stated and other reviews. A must stop destination any time traveling to Newport. You never know what you might find. The staff working there is very professional and we'll go above and beyond to help you whatever you need.
We have purchased many pieces of furniture from Ben's over the past couple of years to furnish our rental properties in the area. We absolutely LOVE their selection and the staff is so friendly. If you are in the area, you must stop in. Their wood signs and decorative accents make great souvenirs!
No exaggeration, I walked in and wanted to buy everything. It's rustic, nautical, elegant, understated, all the things I love in decor. I live in NY and have returned to Newport several times just to haul more things home from Ben's! I can't wait to buy a house so I can go back and buy more!
Ben's has a great staff and helped me pick out a great couch.... could not have been nicer. Dave was a great help. I love doing business with local companies. They are competitive and are there to take care of any problems. Thanks guys!
