Called to inform of a fraudulent charge I found on my debit card from this florist shop. Person I spoke to had no idea what that meant/what to do, told me to hold on, spoke to multiple customers while leaving me to listening for 15 minutes so I hung up. I was able to successfully dispute this charge with the bank and refund me but looks like the person who stole my card information was able to receive flowers!
