Outstanding, honest shop with exceptional customer service. My wife and I drove in today to get a quote for a mud flap in back and clip in front that had been torn off driving in the recent ice storm. Pat greeted us warmly, and came out with us to look under the car. After assessing the problem, he went to the storage building to obtain the needed parts, and fixed it in 15 minutes while we waited! Ben's Bump shop has gained a customer for life.
Bens bump shop is the best experience that I have ever had in my driving experience.
Not only did they make my truck look brand new after hitting a deer they went above and beyond and kept me informed throughout the process. Even detailed the inside. Top notch customer service and great work.
