Purchased a flat iron from the user, recieved in a timely fashion, worked fine for 3 months. After questioning the user about returning to the manufacturer since the item was still under warranty, the user said they would replace it if I sent it back to them. So I did, with money for shipping the new item back to me. Waited patiently for months, no return. User will not return my emails concerning this matter. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEIVES!!!!
